Go look in the androidsdk folder and make sure the tools folder is right in front of you the minute you open that folder if there is another folder you have to click through to get to it then you did not follow the directions and need to take everything out of that folder and place it in the androidsdk so that the tools folder is visible the minute you open the sdk folder, got it?
